Magnetic-drive chemical standard pumps to ISO 2858 / DIN 24256
The magnetic-drive chemical standard pumps of the MCA series are centrifugal pumps based on the turbomachine principle. Magnetic coupling pumps need no shaft seals at all and work absolutely leak-free. Power is transmitted from the drive to the hydraulic part of the pumps without contact by strong NdFeB or CoSm permanent magnets, so the pumped medium is conveyed safely and maintenance-free. The pump series is made of the highest-quality materials such as stainless steel (1.4401), Hastelloy C 276 or titanium. The pumps are built to ISO 2858 and DIN 24256 as standard. All pumps of these series meet the highest demands for quality and economy as well as safety, durability and environmental compatibility, with a convincing price/performance ratio.

Design / function
- Double plain bearing suspension and double axial thrust balancing
minimises axial force and moment loads under frequent load changes. Standard SiC plain bearings ensure the highest corrosion resistance with optimal sliding properties (minimal friction losses). - The integrated bypass lubrication
provides optimal emergency running properties in the event of a fault, such as dry running or operation against a shut-off valve closed on the discharge side. At the same time the plain bearings are lubricated evenly everywhere and the temperatures in the plain bearing area are constantly minimised. - The dual back-pull-out design
allows wearing parts to be replaced quickly without having to disconnect the pumps from the piping system. - The quick-change cartridge system
allows wearing parts to be replaced without problems in a few minutes, without special tools. - ATEX designs
All pumps of the MCA series are available for use in potentially explosive areas.

Special designs for high- or low-temperature applications (-150 °C up to +350 °C),
as well as special pressure ratings up to PN 160 bar, are available on request. - Available materials
