Magnetic-drive chemical standard pumps
Magnetic-drive chemical centrifugal pumps of the “MCH” series are made from robust solid material in polypropylene or PVDF. They work entirely without a mechanical shaft seal and are therefore leak-free. Power is transmitted without contact to the hydraulic part by strong permanent magnets. Only PTFEC is used as the plain bearing material. The pump shaft is made as standard of high-purity oxide ceramic (99.7 %). These manufacturing features ensure maximum service life and optimal corrosion resistance. Magnetic-drive chemical centrifugal pumps of the “MCH” series meet the highest demands for safety and reliability when pumping the most aggressive, toxic and environmentally hazardous liquids.

Areas of application
Magnetic-drive chemical centrifugal pumps of the “MCH” series have been used successfully for many years wherever aggressive liquids have to be pumped safely and leak-free. For example for pumping acids, alkalis or solvents in the:
- Chemical industry
- Electroplating
- Wastewater treatment
- Chemical tank farms
- Power plant engineering
- Plant construction
