Perfect for Applications Including
Applications for the TE-8C-MD with Flanges Magnetic Drive Pump include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, deionized water systems, scrubber systems, detergent mixers, computer cooling, waste treatment plants, and plating operations.
Great for Chemicals Including
The TE-8C-MD with Flanges has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Hydroxide, Sodium Hydroxide (Caustic Soda), Sodium Chloride, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals. The TE-8C-MD with Flanges may have been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. Please contact March Pump to review your application before using the TE-8C-MD with Flanges. Chemical Resistance Chart (öffnet in neuem Tab)
March Pump’s industrial TE-8C-MD with Flanges is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and scrubber systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 120 gallons per minute at 30 feet, and its maximum head is 95 Feet (41PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of Polypropylene, carbon filled Polypropylene, Viton, Teflon/Ryton/Carbon, and Ceramic. The inlet connection is 2 inch ANSI class 150 flange, and the outlet is 1-1/2 inch ANSI class 150 flange. The standard motor is a 3 Phase 60 hertz 208/230/460 and 50 hertz 190/220/380V 3 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor. There are performance differences between the hertz options. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 50PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 150 Fahrenheit or 65 Celsius. The March TE-8C-MD with Flanges centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly, or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents. To determine if the March TE-8C-MD with Flanges is suitable for your application, please contact March Pump.
