Magnetic-drive rotary vane pumps
Pumps of the MP series are non-metallic, magnetic-drive, rotary positive displacement pumps, also known as sliding vane pumps, rotary vane pumps or vane pumps. Radially movable rotary vanes rotate in an eccentric bore in the stator casing. They produce a positive flow according to the displacement principle with high delivery pressure and an almost pulsation-free flow. The pump casing is available in robust solid material made of a wide variety of plastics. The pump hydraulics are available in the standard design in graphite with silicon carbide plain bearings; special materials are however available on request. Power is transmitted from the drive to the pump without contact by strong NdFeB permanent magnets. As a result the pump works without any shaft seal, so that safe and leak-free pumping of corrosive, toxic and explosive liquids is ensured. Pumps for potentially explosive areas of Zones 1 and 2 are available on request.

Applications
The pumps of this series have proven themselves wherever small flow rates have to be pumped under high pressure. Low-viscosity liquids without self-lubricating properties can also be pumped without problems.
