Perfect for Applications Including
Applications for the TE-7.5K-MD with Flanges Magnetic Drive Pump include chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, microchip manufacturing, deionized water systems, refrigerators, scrubber systems, detergent mixers, computer cooling, carbon arc furnace cooling, silver recovery systems, and marine air conditioners.
Great for Chemicals Including
The TE-7.5K-MD with Flanges has pumped Acetic Acid, Citric Acid, Ethylene Glycol, Formaldehyde, Hydrochloric Acid (Muriatic), Hydrofluoric Acid, Hydrogen Peroxide, Nitric Acid, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Hypochlorite, Sulfuric Acid, Fresh Water, Salt Water, DI Water, and many more chemicals. The TE-7.5K-MD with Flanges may have been modified to handle these chemicals. This pump may have to be modified to pump specific gravities, viscosities, or elevated temperatures different then ambient water. Please contact March Pump to review your application before using the TE-7.5K-MD with Flanges for any of the above listed chemicals. Chemical Resistance Chart (öffnet in neuem Tab)
March Pump’s industrial TE-7.5K-MD with Flanges is an American seal-less centrifugal magnetic drive pump ideal for applications such as chemical recirculation, chemical transfer, and deionized water systems. It is capable of generating a maximum flow of 82 gallons per minute at 40 feet, and its maximum head is 85 Feet (37PSI). The standard wet end (the materials that come into contact with the solution) is composed of natural Kynar, Viton, Carbon, and Ceramic. The inlet connection is 2 inch ANSI Class 150 Flange, and the outlet is 1-1/2 inch ANSI Class 150 Flange. There are two standard motors. The first is a 1 Phase 60 hertz 115/208/230V and 50 hertz 100/200V 2 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor. The second is a 3 Phase 50/60 hertz 208/230/460V and 50 hertz 190/380V 2 horsepower totally enclosed fan cooled motor. There are performance differences between the hertz options. The maximum internal pressure the pump can tolerate is 60PSI, and the maximum liquid temperature is 190 Fahrenheit or 87 Celsius. The March TE-7.5K-MD wtih Flanges centrifugal magnetic drive pump is capable of handling mildly, or highly corrosive chemicals, acids, and solvents. To determine if the March TE-7.5K-MD with Flanges is suitable for your application, please contact March Pump.
