Rotary vane pump VANE-MAG® MPA 2014 (III° Range)

Pumps of the MPA series are magnetic-drive, rotary positive displacement pumps, also known as sliding vane pumps, rotary vane pumps or vane pumps. Radially movable rotary vanes rotate in an eccentric stator casing. They produce a positive flow according to the displacement principle with high delivery pressure and an almost pulsation-free flow. The pump casing is machined from solid stainless steel bar. The pump hydraulics are available in the standard design in graphite with silicon carbide plain bearings; special materials are however available on request. Power is transmitted from the drive to the pump without contact by strong NdFeB permanent magnets. As a result the pump works without any shaft seal, so that safe and leak-free pumping of corrosive, toxic and explosive liquids is ensured. Pumps for potentially explosive areas of Zones 1 and 2 are available on request.
